WhatsApp might add the ability to edit messages

The ability to edit sent messages is something we wanted to see more of.

The feature is already under development, and the outlet has a picture of an option for a sent message in the app.

Messages can be changed within a certain time window.

The feature is not currently available for the public, but will probably show up soon. It should be available on both the desktop and mobile versions of the app.

Five years ago, WhatsApp added the ability to remove sent messages, but the new feature should be useful in those situations when you need to change a message without re-sending it.

The ability to post message reactions as well as create groups that host up to 512 people has recently been added to the platform.

We have to mention it in the context of editing sent messages. There have been signs that the feature might launch soon, and it is something that has been working on for a while.
