On Tuesday, the 47-year-old was most active on the photo sharing site, engaging with his new followers in an Ask Me Anything session. When asked what his favorite memory as a Yankee was, he mentioned the years 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000 and 2009, the seasons he won the World Series with the team. Roy Halladay was the toughest pitcher he faced in his career, and Pedro Martinez was the best pitcher he had faced.

When asked about his activities since retirement, he mentioned that he has been chasing around two little girls: his 5-year-old and 3-year old daughters. He has a six-month-old daughter named River Rose and he is on diaper duty. He emphasized that he spends a lot of time at the playground with his daughters.

He spoke about his relationship with fellow Core Four members. He said that his relationship with them is still close, and that they will always be like brothers to him.

Why did the athlete finally join social media? He admitted that he should have done it sooner, but he said that he wants to use social media as a way to share his upcoming projects and what his foundation is doing. The Captain, a documentary by Jeter, will premiere on July 18. He hoped fans would enjoy the insight that 70 people had been interviewed for.
