Draymond Green argued that Stephen Curry had to deal with more double-teams when they were teammates on the Golden State Warriors.
Green talked about Curry's legacy on the Colin Cowherd show.
Green said in the interview that Curry got double-teamed seven times more than KD did in a given series.
The Warriors won back-to-back titles in both of the last two years. In 2015, the squad won without KD, but Iguodala won the Finals Most Valuable Player instead of Curry.
Curry has impressed during the title runs, even though he hasn't won the Finals Most Valuable Player award.
The star averaged more points per game than any other teammate. Klay Thompson scored 15.8 points while Iguodala averaged 16.3 points.
Curry took 3.4 fewer shots per game and had 9.4 assists, but he still averaged 26.8 points. His 27 points in the first four games of the series was good for a 27.5 average, but his 37 points in the last game might have been too much for voters to change their minds.

His career has been marked by increased attention from defenses.

Even if the number of double-teams Curry faced was disputed, opponents focused on the guard and left space for him.
