The company is expected to announce new software releases for the iPad and iPhone during its June 6 developer keynote, according to reports.
The Health app is one of the changes to the iPhone. Apple introduced new notification changes last year, including the option to bundle them together into a summary at a certain time of the day, and a new Focus mode that limits the notifications you see during specific times. New audio message features are expected to be added to the messages app.
The Health app is expected to get new features that work with the Apple Watch.
There will be a new feature on the lock screen of the iPhone 14 and the iPhone 14 Pro. It would allow you to see the things on your phone even if it is sitting on your desk. When the screen isn't in use, it goes dark. The displays on the phones are always on.
It will be a few months before consumers are able to buy phones that can use that feature, because Apple often releases its latest iPhone in the fall.
New iPad multitasking options will be added by Apple, according to the report. It was easier to run two apps side-by-side on the iPad last year, but some iPad power users still want the option to run more than one app in different windows.
At the event, Apple usually announces new software and then releases it in a preview for users to try before the final version is released.
At the event, Apple may announce new MacBook Air laptops.
