The U.K. will now allow graduates from the world's top colleges to apply for a short-term visa to stay and work in the country.
People who have graduated in the last five years from one of the eligible leading universities will be able to apply for the U.K.'s high potential.
Those with a PhD will be offered a three-year visa, while successful applicants will be granted a two-year visa. If graduates are granted a HPI visa, they will be able to switch to other long-term employment visas if they meet eligibility requirements.
Children can apply to stay with their parents in the U.K.
A valid passport or other travel document is required for graduates to apply. It will be available to those who were born in that country. They will have to show that they can communicate with native speakers in English.
If they are applying from the U.K., the application fee is 715 dollars, along with a verification of qualification of 210 dollars.
The U.K.'s National Health Service is usually used by applicants for every year they are in the U.K.
If they are applying from outside the U.K. and are already in the U.K., they will usually find out within 3 weeks.
