Several outlets reported on Sunday that Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's husband, Paul Pelosi, was arrested for driving under the influence.

Paul Pelosi, who married the House Speaker in 1963, had a blood-alcohol level above the legal limit when he was arrested.

The Daily Mail reported that Pelosi was arrested by the California Highway Patrol at 11:44 pm Saturday night and booked at the Napa County Jail at 4:13 am Sunday. His bail was set at $5,000.

The police department did not respond to a request for comment over the weekend.

The speaker of the house is not certain if he was with him. She gave an address at Brown University on Sunday.

Pelosi and her husband own a vineyard. According to the LA Times, the vineyard made her the fourth richest person in California.
