The Ukrainian soldiers cite the drones in propaganda videos mocking the Russians, and also inspired a popular song celebrating their success.

The drones are much slower than the US drones, but they are also much cheaper.

The Bayraktars may have been losing their edge in recent months, according to an article published in the New Yorker.

The fundraiser was organized by the online broadcaster inLithuania.

The military aid given to Ukraine has been increasing since the Russian invasion.

The US, UK, and European nations have direct control over most of the shipments of military equipment. When the war began, Ukraine began accepting donations for its armed forces.

The funds were earmarked for a specific piece of equipment.

The ambassador toLithuania, Beshta Petro, celebrated the milestone in an interview with the news agency.

This is the first time in history that ordinary people have raised money to buy something like a Bayraktar.

It wasn't clear how the funds would be used to buy the drone or when it would be deployed in Ukraine.
