The first resort tucked into the limestone cliffs of Providenciales opened in May.
The resort features 46 oceanfront villa-style accommodations, including studios and one- and two-bedroom freestanding homes, as envisioned by Mark Durliat, CEO, during his travels to Italy and the south of France.
Rock House is one of the few Leading Hotels of the World in Turks and Caicos.
The residences, which are available to resort guests when not owner-occupied, feature outdoor terraces, outdoor shower gardens, 13-foot vaulted ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the sea.
The oceanfront pool studios overlook a swimming pool with day beds and parasols. There are custom furnishings, large soaking tub and terrazzo flooring.
The Beach Club at Rock House is reminiscent of European beach clubs with a jetty that stretches 130 feet into the Atlantic. The club has a private beach and daily water activities.
The spa, tennis courts, and yoga pavilion are expected to open later this year.
Introductory rates start at $655 per studio per night.
