Uvalde gunman's mother begs people not to judge him for killing 21 people: 'Forgive me, forgive my son'

The mother of the man who killed 21 people in a school shooting begged for forgiveness in a Friday interview.

The 18-year-old shot his grandmother in the face before driving to Robb Elementary School, barricading himself in a classroom and opening fire. He killed 19 students and two teachers in the deadliest US school shooting in a decade before being killed by police.
