Canon has had an impressive lineup of film-based SLR cameras since the 70s and has made a successful transition to the digital realm. The company has been less successful in the space. In the first quarter of this year, the company claims to have taken the top spot for market share. The company hopes to solidify its position in the market by launching two new cameras.

Both the R10 and R7 have 24 million and 32 million images, respectively. Both cameras can shoot at an impressive 15 frames per second with mechanical shutters and optical stabilization. The R7 can shoot 4K video at up to 60 frames per second, while both cameras can shoot at 30p and 24p. The R7 can shoot 30 frames per second of stills, which is very impressive. It makes it possible to capture every critical moment.

Enhanced video functions and accessories, such as the new multifunction shoe with EOS R7, are provided by both the R7 and R10 models. With a robust system at their core, these cameras provide users with a powerful telephoto reach through both still images and video, by virtue of the 1.6x crop factor that comes withAPS-C sensor cameras.

Canon is releasing a couple of new RF-S lens. The RF-S18-45mm F 4.5-6.3 IS STM and RF-S18-150mm F 3.5-6.3 IS STM will be the standard zoom lens for the R7 and R10 cameras. The RF-S 18-45mm has an 18-45mm focal length, but users will experience a field of view equivalent to a full-frame camera. The RF-S18-150mm lens is a longer-range standard zoom, equivalent to a full frame lens. The R-series cameras can be used with these lenses, they are ideal for the new R10 and R7 sensor bodies.

The Canon EOS R10 camera body will be available for almost $1,000. The 18-150mm and 18-45mm are both $299. The products will be available in late 2022.
