U.S. citizens will no longer have to complete the USVI Travel Screening Portal after the U.S. Virgin Islands transitioned to an open door phase.

International visitors as well as Americans visiting the USVI from international ports will still need proof of vaccination and a negative test result.

VERTISING

The test must be taken within 24 hours of travel if you visit by air and within 5 days if you travel by ferry. Travelers under the age of 17 are exempt from the vaccine requirement.

The health and well-being of our residents and visitors alike continue to be our biggest priority, according to the Tourism Commissioner. Our measures have proven successful and given us the confidence to continue to ease travel and testing requirements so that we can continue to safely welcome visitors.
