The five-star small forward committed to Texas Tech on Thursday, while also announcing his plans to play for the Red Raiders next fall.

Fisher chose Mark Adams program over a final list that included Kentucky, Louisville and Memphis.

Fisher was one of the top 15 prospects in the 2023 class and a Canada native who attended Crestwood Prep. During his junior season, he averaged 28 points, 13 rebound, 7 assists and 3 steals.

Fisher was a member of the Canada team that won a bronze medal at the FIBA U19 World Championships.

He is the fourth freshman to sign with Texas Tech in the class of 2022. Adams is bringing in a four-man transfer class that includes Fardaws Aimaq ( Utah Valley), De&Vion Harmon ( Oregon), Jaylon Tyson ( Texas) and Durian Williams (Gardner-Webb). Aimaq, Harmon and Tyson are all ranked inside the top 100 transfers.

In his first year at the helm, Adams guided the Red Raiders to 27 wins and a Sweet 16 appearance, but they lost to Duke.

Texas Tech was just outside of the last update of the Way-Too-Early Top 25, but Fisher's addition should make up for that.
