  • Heard took the stand in the trial.

  • She testified about the trauma she experienced during the trial over her abuse claims.

  • Heard said it was hard to see death threats and mockery of her testimony.

Heard said that the ongoing defamation case had magnified the trauma she had suffered from her ex-husband.

Heard said that the harassment, humiliation, campaign against her that echoed every single day on social media and now in cameras in this room was traumatizing. My hands are shaking. I scream when I wake up.

Heard said she has received hundreds of death threats, if not thousands, every day since the trial began. She drew a direct line between the threats and the promise of making me think of him every day.

She said that people want to kill her and that they want to put her baby in the microwave. They tell me that.

She addressed some of the videos of people mocking her testimony. A meme on TikTok features users lip-syncing along to a graphic description of a sexual assault. She describes how she was kicked to the floor. During their marriage, Heard testified that she was physically abused by Depp.

It has been difficult. Agonizing. She said that the most humiliating thing anyone had ever done was.

'Johnny has taken enough of my voice'

In December of last year, Heard wrote in the Washington Post that she was a victim of domestic violence. Heard abused him more than the other way around, according to him.

Heard has denied the claims and filed a countersuit. The counter-rebuttal for the trial is scheduled to be argued tomorrow, and she will be back on the stand on Thursday.

In his own final testimony for the case, Depp said that Heard fabricated her assault allegations and that her accusations were ludicrous.

No human being is perfect, certainly none of us, and no one has ever committed sexual battery or physical abuse of me.

Heard testified that the trauma from her experience with Depp has changed her life, requiring friends and doctors to follow certain protocols to make sure she isn't triggered by touching or surprises. She said she has to worry about the flashes of her experiences with Depp while filming combat scenes for theAquaman movies.

She hoped that at the end of the trial, she would be left alone.

She said that Johnny had taken enough of her voice.

Johnny promised to ruin me. He would take my life from me and ruin my career if I got out of this. He would promise me global humiliation.

In cross-examination, Heard discounted testimony from some of the more recent witnesses who testified in the case, including a campground manager who said he believed Heard, not Depp, was more aggressive during a dispute around a decade ago.

Heard said she has seen a lot of people come out of the woodwork to become part of the show.
