Microsoft's team meetings sound like a nightmare.

In a new Insider investigation, dozens of employees claim that the software giant has a culture of corruption and that golden boys who make the company the most money are often excused.

The report states that an executive named Alex Kipman, who leads a team that CEO Satya Nadella is particularly reliant on, has touched women without repercussions.

Insider asked Microsoft and Kipman for comments, but they declined.

Industry Wide

The tech industry has a lot of work to do.

The news about Musk came days after he was accused of asking a flight attendant for a sexual favor. It was only a few weeks ago that Apple employees started quitting because they were being forced to return to the office instead of working remotely, and earlier in February, many of them were using Android phones because they were afraid the company was spying on their unionization and organization efforts.

Sexual harassment, workplace retaliation, and other abuses are not acceptable. How long will it take for Silicon Valley to clean up its act?

There are more tech sins, such asTesla storing thousands of employees at an old military camp in China.
