The Red Bull Salzburg player is going for a medical at Elland Road.
Sky Sports Germany reported earlier this week that there was a total agreement between Salzburg and Yorkshire for the transfer of 21-year-old Ryan Aaronson.
In the January transfer window, the USA international was tried to sign by Leeds. Jesse Marsch will be excited by the fact that he can play in a range of roles, and that he is capable of playing in an attacking role as well.
Speaking in April, Marsch praised his attacking unit, but also mentioned the need for offensive reinforcements after an injury-interrupted season for Patrick Bamford.
In terms of the position, we have some talented players there and we have some flexibility with all the players we have up front, but we might need to look to find another attacker or two and one specifically that is a number nine.
That is a possibility, but we will discuss that more next week and maybe I can answer that question better next week as well.
