Is Aaron Rodgers still a promising dynasty fantasy QB? (0:53)

Mike Clay looked at the fantasy value of Rodgers. (0:54)

Tom Brady and Rodgers will face off against Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes on June 1 in Capital One's The Match.

The four quarterbacks showed a glimpse of what fans will see on the television broadcast of the exhibition game when they participated in a media event Wednesday.

Brady and Rodgers were against each other in the previous event, with Brady and Phil Mickelson teaming up with Rodgers and DeChambeau. The younger quarterback duo will be challenged by the two in what is being billed as experience versus youth.

I know they tried to make it old guys versus young guys, but I said it when we were doing our chipping contest.

Rodgers admitted that his previous partner, DeChambeau, came prepared with too many jokes, but he said it would be different this time.

When we started in the NFL, there was real trash talk between Brady and I. Rodgers said that there was a lot of good s--- talk and we knew who they were around the league. When you talk about Josh Allen trying to talk me and Tom, a couple old-school, grizzled vets, that's when I'll get upset. Come on.

Allen had already mentioned that Brady will have a team of writers to help him out on the course, but Rodgers said the two had better get some comedians to help write some material.

I don't think Tom will be able to think on his feet like that once his script runs out of jokes, Allen said. Tom is going to run out eventually, and I don't think he knows what to do, but I think Aaron is a little better in that aspect.

Brady had a comeback without any help from any writers or anyone else after he heard Allen's remarks.

Brady said it was different than pro football and that he would come prepared. Josh has not backed up a lot on the football field in his career.

It will look like what it has looked for a long time against him, and Patrick, although he has played a lot of great games, he didn't really win the important ones. He has won a few of the others, but not the important ones.

None of the quarterbacks have had much time to think about golf in the off season. No one felt as though they would carry the team because they had received some tips from a professional and Allen had taken some lessons.

Allen and Mahomes hope that their youth and physical condition will help pull them through. They are also counting on the fact that their friendship will help them on the course. Allen thinks that ego could come into play for their competition and that we might see that during the match.

Allen said that he and Pat don't care who makes the putt, they want the ball to go in. I don't think they're going to be playing off each other very well, where they want to make the putt and drive.

Brady and Rodgers have experience in these events and know what to expect. If the pre-round trash talk is any indication of what will happen during the match, there will be plenty to watch.
