Tommy Chong returning for That '70s Show sequel series

The sequel series of That ’70s Show will be returning, according to the actor. The Foto Hut, where Hyde worked, was where Chong played the recurring role of Leo.

During an interview with The Dark Mark Show, Chong revealed his return in typical fashion. They gave me a call and I did my part, but they never told me what to do. I have a big mouth. That's what I'm known for, and I'm back as Leo.

The show centers around Eric and Donna's daughter, who comes to spend the summer in Wisconsin under the care of her grandparents. There, she meets a new generation of Point Place kids, and probably encounters the old, including the gang that are going to return.

The original lead cast will also appear in the spin-off series. Masterson is in the midst of a criminal trial after being accused of sexual assault by multiple women. The old guard are joined by a new young cast that includes Haverda, Mace Coronel, and Reyn Doi.

The only question is whether the show will stay true to its stoner roots. Smoking weed in the basement of the Foreman is a timeless vice.
