Josh Duggar Sentenced to 12 Years in Prison in Child Porn Trial

Josh was sentenced to 12 and a half years in prison after being found guilty of child pornography. It has been learned.

The star of 19 Kids and Counting was found guilty of receiving and possession of child pornography. Some of the images were under the age of 12.

He was only sentenced for the receiving child porn charge because of an agreement between his legal team and the court.

The legal team for Duggar has previously stated they will appeal.

The trial featured testimony from digital forensic analysts and other witnesses. A family friend claimed that a family member confessed to molesting children.

The feds raided his office at the car dealership where he worked in Arkansas. Federal agents took his computer, his phone and his laptop from inside the RV.

The court was asked to send him to prison for five years.
