The newest addition to the network has proved to be the most successful in the history of the agency chain, according to Miles Morgan.
The 19th shop in the southwest was opened six months ago when the Omicron variant of Covid-19 was surging.

Morgan told Travel Weekly that the success was due to shop having the perfect ingredients and location.
Two of the four agents who worked in the shop when it was a Tui branch were paid tribute by the manager.
If you asked me about it in January, I would have said it would do well, but it has exceeded my expectations.
If you stop people on the street, a high percentage of them will have heard of us.
We have had 10 years of aggressively marketing our brand.
Morgan is a travel expert on local Points West news bulletins, which are watched by a similar older demographic as the chain's main target market.
He said that they are more affluent and lots are retired.
The branch is selling ocean and river cruises, as well as longer-haul holidays, because the market has returned more quickly.
The former staff at the branch have reported that they have attracted a lot of new customers as consumers want to be reassured that they are dealing with a travel agent.
He said it was brave or stupid to open, but he always tried to be positive.
There are challenges with call wait times and more time being spent on each booking, but Morgan said sales are very strong across the whole network.
He said that the chain is always looking for other opportunities to expand in areas that match its demographic.
As a small business, we can do whatever we want and take advantage of any opportunities that come our way.
