Pastor Confesses to Affair with 16-Yr-Old, She Calls Him Out in Church

A pastor in Indiana tried to come clean about his infidelity in the church, only to have the congregation turn on him when the woman called him out.

The pastor of New Life Christian Church in Warsaw, IN stood in front of his church on Sunday to announce that he was stepping down after admitting to cheating on his wife with another person. A woman and her husband walked up to the altar and addressed the congregation after Lowe was met with forgiveness and applause.

The woman said she was the one Lowe cheated with, but she was only 16 at the time he had sex with her in his church office.

In Indiana, the age of consent is 16.

The woman said the affair lasted for 9 years and begged for the pastor to tell the truth.

When the woman and her husband left the stage, people in the audience began to shout at Lowe, to tell the truth, and he fesses up.

A local report says the prosecutor is looking into the matter.
