The Starlink internet service option is designed for RV owners.

CNBC reported that the company is introducing a monthly fee for customers who want to relocate their satellite dishes. The Starlink base service price of $110 per month will be billed in one-month installments. The users will be able to restart their service at any time.

According to a press release, the internet service will not be active while the RV is in motion and will be limited to an as-needed basis at any destination where Starlink provides active coverage.

Hughesnet prioritized network resources for users at their registered service address. When you bring your Starlink to a new location, this prioritization may result in degraded service, particularly at times of peak usage or network congestion, according to an email to customers that was obtained by CNBC.

It is unclear if users will have to sign up for the service or if they will be charged if they attempt to move their satellite dish.

RVers have been using Starlink for internet on the road. Cyberlandr will include a Starlink satellite dish in its build for the upcoming Cybertruck. Digital nomads use Starlink for mobile hotspots, while some RV makers already offer wireless internet in its vans.

In March, the company said it had a user base of about 250,000. The company has a large network of satellites. The service will deliver high-speed internet to customers in rural areas.
