According to a toxicology report released by the office of the medical examiner in the state of Florida, the man who died after being hit by a dump truck on I-595 in Florida was legally drunk.
According to the report, the alcohol levels in the two samples taken from the body were above the legal limit in Florida. According to the report, Haskins tested positive for two drugs that are used by medical professionals as anesthetics but also have been known to be used recreationally.
