At 36 years old, he is still making history.

The Sky star had a triple-double of 16 points, 13 rebound and 10 assists in the victory. She became the oldest player in the history of the league to finish with a triple-double and just the third player to accomplish the feat multiple times in her career.

Chicago trailed by four at halftime but took over after the break thanks in large part to the ability of Parker to impact the game in so many ways.

It was fitting that she got the 10th assist needed to reach the triple-double, and it came on a dish to her teammate. The veteran point guard is one of only two players in the history of the league to have multiple triple-doubles.

The other one is the legendary Sheryl Swoopes.

The Sky are 3-2 on the season, but the defending champion are just starting to round into form. Sunday was the first game of the season for Kahleah Copper because she was playing overseas.

A balanced offensive effort on the road resulted in 12 points for the 2021 NBA Finals Most Valuable Player, as well as double figures for Emma Meesseman, Azura Stevens, and Rebekah Gardner.

The Sky will reveal their championship rings and banner at their home game against Indiana on Tuesday.

She will give the crowd another thing to celebrate if she plays like she did Sunday.
