During a guest appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Saturday Night Live cast member, Kenan Thompson, cleared the air about a somewhat strange and public beef with Samuel L. Jackson. The actor blamed Thompson for being banned from SNL. The SNL vet explained what happened on the show.

Hey, Sam? Thompson looked directly at the camera and said, "It's all good, bro."

Jackson said he believed he got the permanent boot after he accidentally dropped an F-bomb on the live show. Thompson was supposed to cut him off before the curse word, but he didn't do it in time. Thompson said that it was a miscommunication. The SNL vet explained that the cue card only had a curse word written on it. Jackson went for the whole thing.

Thompson said that he did it twice. We expect the F-word from Sam Jackson. He said it again. I was like, "Yo, my man, we have to pay for those."

Thompson said that Jackson is welcome any time. Hopefully that will clear the air.
