Golden State Warriors forward Andrew Wiggins is questionable for Game 3 of the Western Conference finals against the Dallas Mavericks due to left ankle inflammation.
After landing awkwardly on his ankle in the third quarter of Friday's Game 2, it appeared that he had hurt his ankle.
There is no concern about the injury from the Warriors.
Steve Kerr said he expects him to play. He is questionable, but we expect him to play.
The PR staff told Kerr that he was on the injury report when he wasn't aware.
For the rest of the series, the Warriors rely on the statistics of Wiggins. Through the first two games, he has been the primary defender on Dallas star Luka Doncic, and he is averaging 17.5 points, 5 rebound and 4 assists.
Doncic was held to one of the worst playoff games of his career in the first game, as he was held to 5-for-11 shooting.
