Is Manchester City going to win the title? Is it possible for Spurs to win the north London title and secure a spot in the top European club competition? Which of the two are going for the Championship?

There are a lot of questions to be answered on the final day of the season.

It is the first time in 10 years that the title, top four and bottom two are all decided before the final day.

The finale is going to be a gripping and tense one.

The usual coverage on Sunday will include live text commentary on all 10 games on the BBC Sport website and Radio 5 Live audio commentary on Manchester City v Villa, with updates from around the grounds.

Final Score will be showing the goals and best action from the seven games that are not shown live elsewhere.

City's title to lose

Premier League top two

Manchester City hold a one-point advantage at the top of the table after their draw at West Ham and their victory at Saints in the last round of games.

Few people expect the defending champion to surrender their lead because no side has ever started a final day top and not ended it there.

The main reason is that City have been superb this season, winning 28 games to stay out in front despite being in front at one stage.

A win at Villa on Sunday would make it four league titles in six seasons for the Spanish manager.

The Reds beat City in the FA Cup semi-finals and Real Madrid came back to beat them in the last four of the Champions League, so winning the league title would give them some solace.

It would deny the Reds a chance of a historic quadruple, with the Carabao and FA cups already in the trophy cabinet.

If Villa can beat Wolves at home and if City lose, then a draw is not good for them because of their goal difference.

The pair have claimed the top two spots in each of the last three seasons. They have been separated at the top by just a point in the past.

North London tussle for fourth spot

Premier League race for fourth spot

Spurs are often mocked for throwing away leads and grasping defeat from the jaws of victory.

It would take a lot for them to miss out on a spot in the playoffs.

Spurs went into the final day two points ahead of their rivals after their hard-fought win over Burnley on Sunday, followed by a deserved defeat for the north London club at the hands of Newcastle the following day.

With their superior goal difference, the side can afford a draw.

The only thing that can change the outcome of the game is a win for the home side. If the Canaries can beat Spurs at Carrow Road and then beat the Gunners at the Stadium of Light, then the game will be decided.

Premier League sixth and seventh

There is an outstanding European issue still to be settled, as Manchester United and West Ham fight it out on Sunday to decide who will be playing in the Europa League and who in the Europa Conference League.

A win at Crystal Palace will seal a spot in the Europa League. The door is open for the Hammers, who have a vastly superior goal difference, even if they trail by two points.

They are hoping to get another chance at a competition in which they reached the semi-finals this season.

Each place higher in the division will be worth an estimated 3m more on the final day of the league.

If the club can lift themselves from 14th to 10th on the final day, it will mean an extra 12 million dollars.

Burnley or Leeds for the drop?

At half-time at Goodison Park on Thursday, it looked as though three sides would be fighting to stay in the Championship next season.

The final day of the season will see a battle for survival between two teams, as the result of the remarkable comeback win over Crystal Palace.

The two teams are level on 35 points, but the Clarets have a better goal difference, meaning they need to beat the Rhinos on the final day to stay up.

On Sunday, Mike Jackson's side will have home advantage against an in-form Newcastle side.

The Whites have failed to win at home since 1950 and will be looking to break that streak when they travel to Brentford.

Golden boot, gloves and the rest

Both Manchester City andLiverpool are fighting for the title, but their goalkeepers are also competing for the golden gloves.

Ederson and Alisson both have 20 clean sheets.

There is a very close race at the top of the goals scored in the league, with Mohamed Salah currently one ahead of Son Heung-min.

It will be his third English golden boot if he prevails. It would be the first time for the son.

With 18 goals to his name, it would take something truly special for the Portuguese to get his way in, although he has been performing remarkable goal scoring feats for much of his career.

Is Sunday the last time we see him in the league?

The arrival of a new manager in the summer is expected to result in a major change at the club, with one of them possibly moving on.

One player who will definitely be saying farewell to his club is Antonio Rudiger, who has agreed to join Real Madrid this summer.

Mark Noble and Andriy Yarmolenko will be farewelled by the West Ham fans at the Amex Stadium.

Will Sunday be the last time we see Eddie Nketiah and Alexandre Lacazette? Is it possible that Christian Eriksen is saying "Thank you and goodbye" to Brentford? Will cult hero Divock Origi get a last chance?

Potential answers to these questions and more will be given on what promises to be a gripping finale to the Premier League.
