Is it true that the hanger reflex is real? A study out of Japan says it is, but it was only tested on 120 adults. The study did not determine why the head reacts involuntarily when the hanger is placed on either side.

The reporter said that he was skeptical of the reflex. Our heads did not move when we tried it out, just like the researchers did in the 2015 study.

Maybe it is because the placement of the hanger needs to be precise. It did not work for us.

TikTokkers and others online are still able to try it out, even if it is not real.
