Kylian Mbappe is staying with Paris Saint-Germain despite rumors of a move to Real Madrid.

Sky Sports reported Saturday that Kylian Mbappe has renewed his contract with Paris Saint-Germain.

According to the report by Di Marzio, the move to Real Madrid will not happen after the player informed Florentino Perez of his decision.

The development comes just four days after the report by Laurens that the club had given up on retaining Mbappe and was expecting him to announce a move to Real Madrid.

At the time, Laurens reported that Paris Saint-Germain made Kylian Mbappe a huge offer to stay, including a new contract, promises of a better squad, and 100 percent of his own image rights.

The tide seemed to shift in Real's favor, only for the club to be confident in Mbappe remaining.

There was a report on Friday that Real Madrid was nervous and confused about the chances of landing Kylian Mbappe.

The report suggested that there was pessimism over the move, although it was unclear if he would stay.

The mother of Mbappe told Kora Plus on Friday that both Real and Paris Saint-Germain made similar contract offers.

She said that Mbappe had yet to make a decision on his future.

He boasts a resume that backs up the notion that he is one of the best players in the world.

The 19-year-old has been named the best player in the league for three years in a row. He has led Paris Saint-Germain to four titles, as well as a second-place finish in the European competition.

He has scored 30 or more goals in each of the past four seasons, including 36 so far this season.

The Best Young Player Award at the World Cup was earned by Kylian Mbappe, who went on to help France win the World Cup.

If Paris Saint-Germain keeps Kylian Mbappe, they will continue to be one of the top clubs in the world, as he looks to be the player who will dominate soccer for years to come.
