Musk has used sexual harassment claims to joke about allowing Chad Hurley to touch him.
On Friday, Musk was mentioned in a message by Hurley, who said he should stop horsing around and close the deal.

According to an Insider investigation published on Thursday, Musk exposed his penis to a flight attendant, rubbed her leg without consent, and offered to buy her a horse in exchange for an erotic massage.
Musk told Insider there was more to the story and that the accusations were false.
He challenged the liar to describe just one thing, anything at all, that wasn't known. She won't be able to do that because it never happened.
Musk put the deal on hold until the CEO provided proof of the number of fake accounts.
The suggestion of sampling 100 random accounts to determine the proportion of fakes would not work according to the reply by Agrawal.
Early on Saturday, Musk responded to a June 2021 message from Hurley saying "life is short, so remember to be super serious, take everything personally and be outraged on a daily basis."
The tech mogul said those were his words to live by.
