The Balearic Sea, which lies off the east cost of Spain and is home to Ibiza, Menorca, and Majorca, has only been visited by one yacht this spring, a $600 million yacht linked to Roman Abramovich.

At least nine boats owned by Russian billionaires stopped at islands in the Balearic Sea in March and April of those years, sometimes visiting the area more than once.
