Texas A&M University's head football coach Jimbo Fisher went on the offensive against the University of Alabama head coach Nick Saban during an inflammatory Thursday press conference, escalating the ongoing feud between two of college football's top coaches.
Texas A&M has been accused of buying its top-ranked recruiting class by promising them lucrative name, image and likeness deals from boosters.
Fisher said that he didn't plan to speak to Saban after he denied the call.

The greatest college football coach of all time is believed to be Alabama's Nick Saban. Fisher, who worked as an assistant for Saban at Louisiana State University from 2000 to 2004, won a national championship in his first year as the head coach at Florida State University. The theory that Texas A&M boosters spent upwards of $25 million on recruits was originated in January on online message boards. Fisher denied the accusation.
