The second ship of the Ambassador Cruise Line will make its debut in March of next year.

Ambition will leave from its home port of London Tilbury as well as six regional UK ports.

The Nordic Voyage will leave London Tilbury on March 4 with prices starting at.

There will be a 14-night Hidden Gems of France and Spain out of Newcastle on May 12.

There is a 13-night Iberian and North Africa Escape out of Belfast, as well as a 16-night Norway Land of the Northern Lights Escape out of Bristol.

There are other cruises on Ambition, including a Christmas and New Year in the West Indies and Dutch Antilles cruise.

The news comes as the cruise line announces details of its full 2023-2024 programme, which also sees the line's first ship return for a second season.

The Grand Round the World cruise is the longest itinerary to date and will only be offered out of Tilbury for the second season.

The cruise will visit six continents and 24 countries with 34 ports of call. The cruise calls at islands of the South Seas, New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand.

It also includes the most remote inhabited archipelago in the world, as well as Brazil, Cape Verde, Casablanca and Lisbon.

The two ships will sail to six continents and 58 countries. There are a number of themed cruises and sailings in the programme.
