Scottie Barnes, the Toronto Raptors forward who was the NBA rookies of the year, highlights the All-Rookie teams.

Barnes was one of three players to receive the maximum of 100 first-place votes for the first team.

The All-NBA teams are voted on by position.

The three first team players were joined by two other players. Cunningham, Green, Mobley, and Barnes were the first four selections in the NBA draft.

Barnes was the first Toronto player to win theRookie of the Year since Vince Carter in 1998-1999. He won the award from Cunningham and Mobley at the end of the season.

After the All-Star break, Cunningham averaged 17.4 points, 5.6 assists and 5.5 rebound per game and became the sixth rookies since the merger to average 20 points, five assists and five rebound per game.

One of four players this season, Mobley had 100 blocks and 50 steals. He averaged 15 points and 8.3 rebound for the Cleveland team that was in the playoff hunt until injuries derailed them late in the season.

The fourth-most points went to Wagner, who picked up 99 of a possible 100 votes. He is the first player from the Magic to make the First Team All-Rookie in two years.

Green averaged 17.3 points per game, good enough for second among rookies behind Cunningham.

Oklahoma City guard Josh Giddey, New Orleans forward Herb Jones, Denver guard Bones Hyland, Chicago guard Ayo Dosunmu, and Indiana guard Chris Duarte were voted into the second team.
