  • Whitney Henriquez said Johnny Depp wanted her to sign an agreement after a fight.

  • Heard was held by the hair and hit with his other hand.

  • Henriquez said that the fight followed a revelation where Depp appeared to be cheating on Heard.

Whitney Henriquez testified at the couple's defamation trial on Wednesday that Johnny Depp hit her sister, Amber Heard, during a fight shortly after their marriage.

Henriquez said in court that Johnny Depp tried to cover up the event by getting him to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

The alleged fight took place in March of 2015, a month after the wedding of Johnny Depp and Heard. Henriquez said she saw the actor in the kitchen drinking.

Henriquez said that Depp was distraught. She said that he was talking to one of his security guards about how Heard was upset because she found text messages between him and a previous girlfriend.

He said that this woman was meaningless and that she was nothing special.

According to Henriquez, Heard shouted above the kitchen and that he yelled back.

Henriquez testified that he was saying horrible things to her. She called him old and fat. It was a fight.

She said that Henriquez rushed to the top of the stairs to try to calm Heard down. Henriquez testified that Depp hit him in the back. Heard punched Depp in the face after she yelled "don't hit my sister!", according to Henriquez.

Heard was struck in the face multiple times by Depp before his security guard could intervene, according to Henriquez.

She testified that Johnny had already grabbed Amber by the hair with one hand and was whacking her repeatedly in the face with the other.

Henriquez said in court that the actor was raging as McGivern led him away.

I hear Johnny shouting and I hate you. I don't like you either. Henriquez said, "You fuck whores, you fuck whores." I kept Amber in the next room all night because I MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE MzE

After that event, Henriquez said, Depp asked her to sign a non-disclosure agreement. She didn't want to.

Henriquez said that Johnny had accused him of selling stories to the media.

'In the line of fire'

Henriquez was a witness in the trial over the defamation lawsuit filed against Heard. In December of last year, Heard wrote an op-ed for the Washington Post about being a victim of domestic violence. It was implied in the column that he was abusive.

He said Heard was the true abuser in the relationship.

Heard has denied the allegations and filed a counterclaim, accusing her husband of physically abusing her before and during their marriage.

Heard said Henriquez threw herself in the line of fire in her testimony.

According to Heard, the fight happened after she found messages on his iPad that indicated he was in a relationship with one of his ex-girlfriends. She said that she remembered landing a blow on him after many times where she says he struck her, and that it was the first time she had seen him push her down the stairs.

McGivern gave a different version of events in the trial. He said the two had a fight and that Heard tried to punch him. McGivern said that Heard threw a can of Red Bull at Depp, while Henriquez said that Depp accidentally hit the personal nurse who was also present.

Lloyd's testimony was shown earlier in the trial, but did not include any references to the fight.

Henriquez began testifying after jurors viewed some of the depositions from Pennington and Drew. The three of them lived in the same apartment building and all lived in the same penthouses.

Both Pennington and Drew testified that they did not see physical violence between Heard and Depp, but that they witnessed verbal fights and smashed property. Heard had fought with Depp and she saw his face bruised.

Henriquez said that while under the influence of substances, he once dangled his dog out the window and joked about microwaving the pet.

She said that he used drugs often. Henriquez said they used a lot of drugs together. She said that Depp used to eat a bag full of unknown pills for fun.

Henriquez said that he took them all at once to see what would happen.

Henriquez said that Depp became more controlling over time. She said that she had to stop using a password on her phone or use an easy one so that she could check it. In the early days of his relationship with Heard, Henriquez testified, Depp made jokes about Heard's outfits.

She said that Heard's clothes became more conservative before she knew it.

She said that the same thing happened with Heard's medical issues. A doctor and nurse were retained by the actor to help with addiction issues, which he testified was only for an opiate dependency he developed after a leg injury. Henriquez alleged that the doctor assigned a nurse to Heard.

All of a sudden, for really unclear reasons, she had a nurse give her medication. I didn't think she needed to take medication on a daily basis.
