Charlotte Gallop has been appointed as a full-time business development manager for the group.

She spent the last two years in the recruitment sector before rejoining the travel industry.

She worked for brands such as Going Places, Thomas Cook, Teldar Travel and Travel Counsellors.

Gallop will be running recruitment days and other events to support the growing division of the business and will be actively seeking to recruit new homeworkers.

She will be responsible for working with the existing team of Independent Travel Advisors to support the delivery of their plans.

Gallop takes over the role from a part-time BDM, who has been supporting the business. She will continue to provide training support for new home workers, even though she decided to focus more on developing her own business.

The managing director of Inspire Europe said that they were delighted to welcome Charlotte to the company.

We have ambitious plans to grow our homeworking business and Charlotte will be an important part of this.

She has helped us develop a really strong team of Independent Travel Advisors who are all running successful, well-established and thriving businesses.

Sam Fisher was appointed head of business development in February.
