The latest full trailer for The Boys season three shows a team assembling to stop Homelander from continuing his reign as the most powerful being. The Butcher and his associates are up for anything to stop him, including taking a mysterious serum that makes you into a supe for 24 hours.
The trailer gives us a look at the power behind the Butcher's eyes as he prepares to fight Homelander. The trailer shows more of Jensen Ackles as the Soldier Boy, a man who may prove too unpredictable to trust in the battle against Homelander. We are definitely no longer in cartoon-land.
Hughie suggested that the anti-heroes should take on the Vought Corporation and the Seven through politics rather than violence. From the looks of it, that's not going to last long. There will be some moments of humor as this season also includes a musical episode. A-Train gets a drink peace offering and Kumiko takes up using a dildo, it's not the first time this year we're seeing this on screen. Musical high notes and a superhero? Rogers: The Musical is over, here comes The Boys.
The first three episodes of the show will premiere on June 3. There will be one additional episode per week on Fridays leading up to the season finale. We expect the eight episodes we are getting to pack in more fun and craziness.
