Fauci was asked if he had faith in Trump's ability to deal with the Pandemic and if he would keep his job under a Trump presidency.

Fauci, who is currently serving as a chief medical adviser under President Joe Biden, said no to the second question.

If you look at the history of what the response was during the administration, I think you can say that it wasn't optimal.

Fauci and Trump had a rocky relationship. Trump called for Fauci to be fired and diminished his guidance.

Fauci accused Trump of harassing him after he took his statements out of context for a campaign ad and lied to the public.

Fauci described his time under Trump as somewhat awkward.
