The highest attendance for a women's football match in the UK is 80,203 who were at the same venue for the 2012 Olympic final between the United States and Japan.
The record attendance for a women's football game was set in March of last year when Barcelona beat Real Madrid in the quarter-finals of the European Championship.
Campbell said that days like this are just part of the journey.
The three group matches at the Women's European Championship have sold out.
There are 87,200 tickets for the Euros final.
