Sources told ESPN that Karl- Anthony Towns had stem cell treatment and injections in his knees, ankle, wrist, and finger on Friday.
During the playoffs, Towns played through his injuries and decided to get some treatments in the off-season in order to avoid surgery and make a full recovery in time for training camp.
Sources say that Towns was dealing with pain in his knees, especially his right knee, which he wore a sleeve on during the playoffs. He had a cyst in his left ankle, a wrist injury, a joint on his right shooting hand, and a cyst in his left wrist.
On Saturday, Woods posted a photo of Towns recovering from the procedures.
