Charles Leclerc crashed the 1974 car of three-time champion Niki Lauda during a demonstration run at the Monaco Historic Grand Prix on Sunday.
The current driver of the car was at the wheel for a few laps on Lauda's home circuit.
He was nearing the end of his time on the track when he lost control of his car and crashed into the barriers.

The damage to the rear wing meant that Leclerc had to pull up on the pit straight.
Last year, former F1 driver Jean Alesi was behind the wheel when the 1974 Ferrari crashed at the same event.
