An 18-year-old white man opened fire at a Tops grocery store on Saturday in a racially motivated attack. Buffalo police commissioner Joseph Gramaglia said that of the 13 people shot, 11 were black and two were white.
The man in the tactical helmet live-streamed the attack using a camera.
The suspect will be charged with first-degree murder and will be in court by Saturday night.
