The Marvel Comics villain MODOK in his titular series, along with his daughter and son.

The TV enterprise has grown a little bit smaller, as the animated series Modok won't be coming back for a second season. The show starred Oswalt as the bigheaded baddie in a comedy series about him trying to balance his normal life as a suburban family man in the midst of a divorce with being a supervillain bent on global domination.

Variety broke the news on Friday that the series, which starred Nathan Fillion, Ben Schwartz, and others in its voice cast, was released in May 2021. He was going to be the villain in Freeform's attempt to get the show off the ground, as he had previously been a baddie in earlier cartoons. Two of the shows, Howard the Duck and Tigra, were greenlit by Hulu, with the hope that they would cross over for an animated special.

Variety says that Hit-Monkey doesn't seem to have a good chance of getting a second season. When an official confirmation comes, it will mark the end of another era of Marvel TV, albeit a time considerably shorter and not as fanciful as the other shows. Your friend's Disney+ account is the only way to get your fix from the comfort of your living room. The old shows like Agents of SHIELD and Daredevil have made their way over to the platform in time for the new season. It is not known whether the two shows will stay on the home streamer or go to Disney.
