For the 4th time, I have been targeted by a traditional mailer. Many people are seeing upgrade and expansion of their membership offers for the Amex Business Platinum.
I was able to sign up for one even though I got the Gold Business card late last year, but I did not get the pop up on it.
There is a new offer at the 80K level that requires a lot less spend. It doesn't come with the credits, so you have to decide which offer is best for you.
More people have been targeted by regular mail for the 80K-90K offers without lifetime language.

Is it possible to get your cake and eat it with the old 2 player? Benjy was able to get the increased 70K offer with the help of his wife. He will get 100,000 Membership Reward points and $300 in credits for using a 30K referral from his personal Amex Gold card.
The 30,000 point referral will be taxed at a $300 valuation, which could make it less valuable to you than the 90K offer.
The Amex Gold Business card has a lot of offers to choose from right now. I grabbed it when there was a 60K offer available via referral which only required $5,000 in spend. If you know you can hit the higher requirement and max out the $300 in credits, these new offers are tough to beat.
