A report says that a Russian businessman was secretly recorded saying that Russian President Putin is very ill with blood cancer.

A recording of a conversation between a Western venture capitalist and a Russian billionaire was obtained by New Lines magazine.

The oligarch claimed that Putin had back surgery in October and that it was related to blood cancer.

New Lines chose not to reveal the identity and voice of the oligarch because it would likely lead to state reprisal.

There is a secret recording of the Russian leader. It has not been verified.

During his public appearance on Victory Day, Putin appeared to be limping and sat a blanket over his lap. Videos show him gripping a table and shaking uncontrollably.

Russian investigative news outlet Proyekt recently claimed that Putin has cancer and was visited by a cancer surgeon dozens of times in the last four years.

A former European security chief told the magazine that the tycoon was part of a close circle of 20 to 30 people with Putin.

One of the associates told the magazine that he is still able to provide concrete information about the inner workings of Putin's world.

According to the magazine, the tycoon is currently living outside of Russia and was listed as one of the 200 richest business people in Russia in 2021.

According to the magazine, the rumors about Putin's health have reached Russia's security services.

The Federal Security Service sent a memo to debunk rumors about the president's health in March, according to a Bellingcat investigator.

According to a source at one of the regional units who saw the memo, it had the opposite effect, with most FSB officers suddenly coming to believe that Putin has a serious medical condition.
