The Miami Dolphins selected him in the second round of the 2014 draft, and he spent the last four seasons in Cleveland. His time in Cleveland essentially came to an end when the team acquired Amari Cooper from the Dallas Cowboys in the off-season.
He was released on March 14.
Over his eight seasons, the LSU product has been productive, earning five Pro Bowl selections and recording three seasons of 1,000-plus yards. In 12 games last season, the 29-year-old caught 52 passes for 570 yards and two touchdown.
In February, he said that he struggled with knee and quadriceps injuries. He said he was open to being traded.

Then came back way to early and ended up staying hurt the entire season. You never heard me mention anything about it
Jarvis Juice Landry @God_Son802/3 Also my media availability didn’t happen because I was focused on getting on the field as healthy as possible during the week and after games.. a strategic plan was set in place to be followed. I put the ball in CLE court by telling them I would like to stay but if not then
Jarvis Juice Landry @God_Son803/3 I have put the ball in CLE court by telling them I would like to stay but if not then I’m confident enough in myself to be a better healthy me this year and moving forward to helping do my part in winning a championship elsewhere.
The Saints receiving corps will be strengthened by the addition of Landry. Michael Thomas missed last season due to an ankle injury. Chris Olave was drafted by the team in the first round of the NFL draft.
Jameis Winston has a lot of dangerous players to work with.
