In Resurrection’s first trailer Rebecca Hall is steadily losing her mind

The movie that stuck with me the most was Resurrection. You can get a taste of how intense and frightening the film is in the first trailer.

Rebecca Hall plays a woman whose well-ordered life is upended by a former partner. It is a standard thriller with pressure mounting on Hall's character until it is almost too much to take. What has stuck with me the most is how messed up the movie is at the end. It is the kind of thing that stays with you after the credits roll. It helps that Hall andRoth both turn in incredible performances, elevating what could have been a much more boring film.

The Andrew Semans-helmed film will be in theaters and on-demand services on August 5th and will be available on Shudder after that.
