The Los Angeles Rams will host the Buffalo Bills in the first game of the new season.

Matthew Stafford and Josh Allen are two of the best quarterbacks in the world, and they are going against each other in the Bills-Rams game. The Rams have a challenging schedule, with their opponents having the league's highest winning percentage from last year. NBC will show the game.

Russell Wilson will make his Denver Broncos debut against his old team in the Monday Night Football opener. Wilson guided the Seattle to two Super Bowl appearances and nine winning seasons. Wilson was traded by Seattle to Denver for multiple draft picks and veteran players. The game will be shown on the sports network.

The Los Angeles Clippers hosting the Las Vegas Raiders is one of the key Week 1 games.

In the first month of the season, the Buccaneers will play the Packers and the Chiefs.

New coach Doug Pederson is at the Washington Commanders with a new quarterback. Nick Foles was behind center when the Eagles won the Super Bowl, but Pederson was his coach in Philadelphia.

The New Orleans Saints at Atlanta Falcons, the Indianapolis Colts at Houston Texans, the New England Patriots at Miami Dolphins, and the Packers at Minnesota Vikings are all on tap for Sept. 11.

Also, it will be the Philadelphia Eagles at Detroit Lions, Baltimore Ravens at New York Jets, and the New York Giants at Tennessee Titans.

The home opener information was released a few hours before the league-wide schedule reveal.

The teams have known their opponents since the end of last season, but the NFL builds drama around the schedule release, announcing the order, kickoff times and broadcast networks for all the games on one night each May. The league and players union agreed on a 17-game schedule for the second season in a row.

The Super Bowl is scheduled for February 12.
