You must be a UK resident and current full-time employee of a retail travel agency or tour operator in the UK.
Be at least 21 years old.
Not be an employee, agent or contractor of Carnival or Travel Weekly, and not be an agent or contractor for the immediate family.
2. There is no purchase required to enter the competition.
3. The Prize Draw URL can be found between 12:00 on May 12th and the closing date on June 2nd. All entrants will have a chance to win a prize. The winner will be responsible for funding their own air and travel expenses if they choose to travel in the stateroom with them. The individual who wishes to enter the prize draw must make the entries directly. Multiple entries are not allowed.
4. We don't accept responsibility for entries that aren't successfully completed or accessible due to a technical fault.
5. The winners will be notified via email or telephone within 35 days of the closing date. If we are unable to contact a winner, we may withdraw the prize from that winner and pick another winner.
6. The winner will be entitled to the prize if they satisfy the Entry Requirements set out in 1 above.
One of ten Holland America Line Alaska cruises departing between Seattle and Vancouver before October of 2022 will include most shipboard meals and a winner and guest sharing a stateroom. Economy class air from London airports. There are restrictions and dates that may apply. Prize details, including the stateroom category, will be determined by the promoter. The winner and guest have to travel on the same itinerary. Prize travel must be completed by October of 2022. Prize travel dates are subject to availability at the time of booking. The Prize itinerary cannot be altered and the winner cannot be given alternate arrangements if they don't follow it. Scheduled flights from London airports are included in the prize. The prize excludes travel to and from the London airport and car parking at the airport. The prize does not include travel insurance, drinks, shore excursions, crew appreciation or personal expenses.
7. The winner and their guest will be bound by the booking conditions and health and vaccination policies of the promoter. The winner must comply with Holland America Line and UK health travel protocols in order to travel.
There are 8. If a winner ceases to satisfy any of the Entry Requirements at any time prior to departure, they must notify us as soon as possible. We will be able to withdraw the winner's entitlement to the prize in such circumstances. The winner and their guest must have a valid passport for at least 6 months beyond the date of travel to take the trip.
There are 9. No correspondence will be entered into about our decision regarding the competition draw, prize or Entry Requirements.
10. Entrants are bound by these terms and conditions upon entering. We have the right to withdraw all or part of the prize at any time.
11. We will not be responsible for loss or damage unless we are negligent or careless.
There are 12. Prize is subject to travel restrictions. We have the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend this prize draw without notice.
13 The personal data you give the promoter will be used to administer the prize draw and facilitate redemption of prizes. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the privacy notice on the website.
There are 14. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants will have to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
