At its I/O developer conference, the company unveiled a range of new devices that will compete with Apple products.
The new premium wireless earbuds from the company are similar to the ones from the Apple company, including active noise cancellation, a transparency mode that lets ambient noise in, and voice control.
A Silent Seal feature that maximizes noise cancellation and built-in sensors that measure the pressure in your ear canal are some of the features of the Pixel Buds Pro.
It's possible to pair the Pixel Buds Pro with any device that has aBLE, making them compatible with devices like the Mac, iPad, and Apple Watch. They offer up to 11 hours of listening time per charge, or up to seven hours with active noise cancellation enabled. The case can be charged using the internet.
The pre-order price for the Pixel Buds Pro is $199 in the U.S., compared to $249 for the AirPods Pro. The earbuds have a soft finish and are available in four different colors.
Since they were released in October, there have not been any hardware updates. There are rumors that the second-gen AirPods Pro will have an upgraded wireless chip, motion sensors for fitness tracking, and possibly a more compact design similar to the Beats Studio Buds.
