There are two new ultra-compact USB-C chargers with 30W and 67W options available from Mophie.
The Mophie's 67W charger is more powerful than the Apple's 67W one.
The GaN-based chargers are smaller, lighter, and more power efficient than the traditional Silicon-based ones. The foldable prongs, a single port with fast charging capabilities, and a two-meter cable are included in the box.
Apple has only released a 140W GaN power adapter, which is included with the latest 16-inch MacBook Pro. There are rumors that Apple is planning a new 35W charging station with dual ports that could use GaN material, and that it will feature foldable prongs.
The 30W option is priced at $44.95 and the 67W option is $62.95, both in the online store. ZAGG, the parent company of Mophie, is currently offering customers 30% off when they buy two or more products during the same transaction.
The Mophie press release states that the 67W charger has two ports that can split the 45W-20W output, but the product specifications on the Apple website show only a single port. We contacted Mophie for clarification.
